Early Bow Model of a Pug Dog

A very rare and fine Early Bow Model of a Pug Dog, modelled reclined upon a tasselled cushion, the edges modelled in crisp low relief with geometric border patterns to simulate braiding. The dog beautifully naturalistically modelled, wearing a collar and looking over his hind side.
