Hannoversh-Munden Quail Tureens and Covers


Hannoversh-Munden Quail Tureens and Covers, the two seated birds decorated with manganese plumage, the head and wings forming the cover and the bodies forming the tureen, both on fixed stands of lobed silver shape, painted with scattered sprigs of stylised flowers and sponged manganese edges.

Circa 1745

Numeral 3 to one cover and base and numeral 5 and P to the other.
