A First Period Dr. Wall Worcester scalloped dessert plate, the centre painted by Jeffryes Hamett O’Neale with the Fable of ‘The Stork and the Wolf’, within a simple gold scrolled border of ‘Heathcote’ type.

Circa 1768-70.

Fretted square in underglaze blue to the underside.
